What is 23x?

23x is an ecommerce store where in we bring you super hot deals on the products you love.

What products do you sell on 23x?

23x offers flash deals on products across categories - Home Decor, Toys & Games, Kitchen Tools, Office Stationary, Eco-Friendly Disposable Cutlery, Apparels etc.

Are all products on Flash Deals?


23x would offer only a few products each day, so you can find out all the deals easily.

But all products for sale on 23x are on Flash Deal Prices only. 

How would I know if your prices are actually less?

Along with the Deal price of a product, we have also mentioned the MRP & the usual price at which similar items are being sold elsewhere.


So are you only selling these few products? Will you add new products?

Each new day, we will bring you some new products on deals & take away some deals off the shelf.

An item I like is showing under Expired Deals. Can I get this?

Products can be under Expired Deals for 2 reasons - 

  1. We have run out of stock for them.
  2. We have introduced new products on deals & so taken these off shelf.

Expired Deals cannot be bought. But we may bring in fresh deals on those products anytime.

How are you selling at so low prices?

Great Question, actually!

All products sold on 23x are either manufactured by us or sourced in bulk from manufacturers & importers directly.

Moreover, we have tried to keep our overhead costs low.

We are simply passing these benefits to you.

What payment options do you have?

We support all modes of electronic payments - Credit Card, Debit card, Wallets, UPI etc.

We do NOT support Cash on Delivery as a mode of payment. This has been done to keep our costs low, so we can pass over more benefits to you.

On popular request, we have also launched Cash On Delivery as part of payment options. Please note, CoD payment option will attract an additional fee of Rs.50/-towards Cash Handling charges. 

What is your return policy?

All products sold on 23x are checked & tested for best qualities before they are meticulously packed for safe transit via our top-class logistics partners.

In case you still receive a damaged product, we provide a 24-hour return period.

Can I Request a Deal on an Expired or a New product?

This feature is under planning & development.

But, we would love to fulfill your wishes. Just drop us a note via the Contact Us form & we will try to make it possible.
