Because we sell mystery box products, our return and refund rules differ from regular e-commerce products. We believe in complete transparency before purchase.

No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

All Mystery Boxes sold on 23x.in are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to:

• Starter Mystery Box
• Core Mystery Box
• Pro Mystery Box
• Elite Mystery Box
• Legend Mystery Box

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Why This Policy Exists

Mystery Boxes are surprise-based products where items are randomly curated, exact products cannot be pre-selected, and value is delivered through variety and experience. Allowing returns or refunds would break the mystery concept and make the model unfair to other customers. This policy is clearly stated on product pages before purchase.

When Replacement Is Allowed

Replacement is allowed only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged during transit
• An item is missing from the order
• An incorrect item was received

Conditions for replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video or clear photos may be required
• Replacement is subject to product availability

Replacement is not allowed for:

• Personal preference
• Not liking the items received
• Expectation mismatch
• Color or design variation

T-Shirt Size Correction

For boxes that include apparel:

• A one-time size correction may be allowed
• Subject to stock availability
• The customer bears the return shipping cost, if applicable

Refunds, If Applicable

Refunds are issued only if:

• A replacement is approved but not possible, or
• The order is cancelled by us due to stock or operational issues

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
• Return shipping for approved cases may be borne by the customer

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, this Return & Refund Policy applies in full. COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery may be treated as cancelled by the customer, and repeated refusals may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
