ORDER INFORMATION
At 23x.in, we take utmost care in packing & dispatching all ordered products securely.
All orders are shipped via premium logistics service providers. If this is your first order with us, please ensure you enter the correct billing & shipping address before proceeding to your payment. This will ensure there are no delays in processing your Order. You will receive on-screen confirmation of the order once your payment has been authorized, along with an email acknowledging your order and the address that the goods will be delivered to. You will be provided with an order reference number, that can be used for any further queries regarding the Purchase. In the rare case that we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem processing your payment after authorization, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or by Phone.
We charge a minimal shipping amount on every order. Special discount on shipping charges may be available on Prepaid Order (paid via UPI/credit card/debit card/wallet etc.
Please note – For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation call to verify your details and confirm your order. Cash on Delivery orders will only be shipped after confirmation is complete.

If you buy online with us, you can rest assured knowing that our deliveries are quick and easy! With order tracking, you’ll have your new purchase as soon as possible and without doing much more than pressing a button.
CANCELLING MY ORDER
If you want to cancel an order placed on the website, please contact us via email at support@23x.in. Cancellation of an order shall be entertained only if your order hasn’t already been shipped/ dispatched.
MISSED MY DELIVERY. DO NOT WANT IT ANY LONGER
In case you have missed your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We would request our logistics partner to attempt the delivery again. However, if the shipment is returned back to us, we would refund back your order amount, after deducting the charges for 2-way shipping (forward shipping & return shipping), as soon as possible.
