3. Products
3.1 All Mystery Boxes contain real, physical products with valid MRP.
3.2 The exact contents of a Mystery Box are not disclosed before purchase. The element of surprise is the core feature of the product, not a defect.
3.3 Images shown on the website, including product photos and packaging, are for representation purposes only. Actual contents, packaging, or item appearance may vary.
3.4 Where a box includes apparel, customers may select a size at checkout, subject to availability.
3.5 Rare, premium, or high-value items mentioned for certain box tiers are included on a limited and non-guaranteed basis, as disclosed on the respective product pages. Odds or inclusion details, where mentioned, are provided for transparency and do not constitute a guarantee.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
4.4 For COD orders, we reserve the right to call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
5.1 Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
5.2 Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
5.3 We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch due to stock unavailability or operational issues. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy.
5.4 Repeated refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery may result in COD being made unavailable for future orders from that customer.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines communicated at checkout or on the order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.2 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All Mystery Boxes are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases covered under our Return & Refund Policy (such as transit damage, missing items, or incorrect items). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details before placing an order.
