23x.in is a mystery box brand offering curated surprise gift boxes containing real, physical products. We are operated from Green Park Extension, New Delhi – 110016, India.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
23x.in does not knowingly sell products to or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
3. Products
3.1
All Mystery Boxes contain genuine, physical products with valid MRP.
3.2
The exact contents of a Mystery Box are intentionally not disclosed before purchase. The surprise element is the core feature of the product and shall not be considered a defect.
3.3
Images displayed on the website, including product photos, illustrations, and packaging, are for representation purposes only. Actual products, packaging, colors, and contents may vary.
3.4
Where a Mystery Box includes apparel, customers may select a preferred size during checkout, subject to availability.
3.5
Rare, premium, or high-value products mentioned for specific Mystery Box tiers are included on a limited and non-guaranteed basis. Any odds or inclusion details displayed on the product page are provided solely for transparency and do not constitute a guarantee.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
4.3
We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
4.4
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled at our discretion.
4.5 Mandatory Advance Payment
For all Mystery Box orders with a total order value of ₹1,000 or above, a mandatory advance payment of 10% of the total order value is required to confirm the order, including orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.
The remaining balance, where applicable, shall be payable at the time of delivery.
If the required advance payment is not received within the specified time, 23x.in reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
If 23x.in cancels the order before dispatch due to stock unavailability or operational reasons, the advance payment will be refunded in full.
If the customer cancels the order after confirmation or refuses delivery without a valid reason, the advance payment shall be non-refundable.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
5.1
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or policy violations.
5.2
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
5.3
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to stock unavailability, operational issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate business reason. Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5.4
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in COD becoming unavailable for future purchases.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated during checkout or in the order confirmation.
6.2
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.3
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
6.4
23x.in shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer information, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
All Mystery Boxes are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except in situations covered under our Return & Refund Policy, including but not limited to:
Transit damage
Missing items
Incorrect product received
Manufacturing defects (where applicable)
Customers are advised to read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, icons, trademarks, product descriptions, and website design, is the exclusive property of 23x.in unless otherwise stated.
